Cottage Street: part history, part trying too hard. This is all in the last block from Woodring Street to Division Street. Amazing what you can do to make a road unfriendly to drive once you move the highway outside of town.


Heading out of town on Sunset Highway, the hills to the west are the north side of Brender Creek and Canyon, while the ridge to the south, also nameless, is south of the creek but not yet to the canyon.
