Saskatchewan - Highway 2

Highway 2

Heading south across Buffalo Pound Lake.

The lake is notable for having an old alignment of Highway 2 just to the west. Therefore, the one photo without an old highway in it would be facing east.

Looking east and west as the sky starts to darken. This being Canada in June, sunrise lasts quite some time.

Two hours later, here's the remainder of sunset over northern Moose Jaw, from Highway 2's overcrossing of Trans-Canada Highway 1.

Sunrise to the east the following morning from just about the same spot. The second photo was taken three minutes after the first, but with a much shorter exposure.
