I left Tailem Bend before dawn and headed south. By the last photo, I'm at Yarli (Lake Albert) and still no sun.


The sun is ready to greet Meningie at the south end of the lake, but Yarli isn't having it.

As if the sun hadn't risen 15 minutes prior, here are some photos of The Coorong, a long internal lagoon separated from the Great Australian Bight by Younghusband Peninsula. Princes Highway follows it to the east.
