This and the top photo are in Cardigan on the eponymous river. The library is not only well stocked, but has enough room for a family or two to sit inside and browse or read (quietly, of course). The only issue is that the librarian is across the street in the local history museum.


Province House, where the provincial legislature has sat since 1847, a closeup of the Great War memorial out front (shoddily modified with World War II and the Korean War when they happened), and the commercial hub of the city, a former CN (Canadian National railroad) train shop dating to 1906.
