Heading west on Cedar Street (Oklahoma Highway 86) into the center of town. Many places in Oklahoma - and around the country - have Carnegie Libraries. Apparently when you're a billionaire, you can do things like fund thousands of libraries. I hope to find this out myself.


7th Street (US Highway 77) was closed in downtown the day I arrived, so here's a view of the buildings I would have seen if I could have turned north.
