Photos were taken westbound and progress in that direction.


Looking west as I leave Roswell, then views to the south and north. The landscape is about the same in all directions.


A little farther north, then continuing into some lumpier lumps.


Scenery passes by to the "south" and "west." I have to put those in quotes because the road gets substantially windier here, as it descends into Border Canyon along Rio Hondo, but all of the photos were taken toward my left.


Looking back east over my shoulder.


More westerly and northerly photos. I'm basically in the river valley now.

Don't get dizzy, but these photos start west, turn north, and all the way back through east and south to west again.


A little north and a little south, and then US 70 and US 380 part ways.
