New Mexico - Albuquerque

Albuquerque

Most of Old Town Albuquerque isn't really old, just made up to look that way. It's really just a shopping district at this point, except for the unique San Felipe de Neri Church.

The Museum of Nuclear Science and History, or the "Atomic Museum," on the east side of town. It's not worth the steep price of admission for the sparse exhibits, but you can see some cool things on the outside, including planes that have carried nuclear payloads and a nuclear warhead launcher. Somehow, rockets (especially nuclear missiles) look better when horizontal.
