Reedsdale St. WB at Scotland St. where I-279 splits with PA 65 in an elevated interchange (at bridge level, whereas this is at street level). The misaligned regular shields and non-cutout construction shield point to a ramp that actually joins 65 SB right as it ends and merges into I-279.
