Exiting the Galleria in Middletown. The shields may have been erected or at least provided by the state, but the overhead sign sure wasn't. Welcome I-17 from Arizona and US 211 from Virginia. Or US 211W/211E, if it were a north-south route and were long enough to have a fork in it. This is one of the more memorable screw-ups.
