Eastern End(Southern Section)

The eastern end of CR 501 is where it enters Staten Island along with NJ/NY 440 on the Outerbridge Crossing. It effectively multiplexes with NY 440 until the northern section below.

The southern end of 501 is where it enters Staten Island along with NJ/NY 440 on the Bayonne Bridge. It effectively multiplexes with NY 440 until the southern section above.

The northern end of 501 is at the New York state line in Rockleigh.
