WB. I-80 EB is reached via Furler St. to Union Blvd. The railroad bridge is very similar to DOT-funded bridges, and it's a possibility given the proximity of US 46 and the DOT's tendency to build bridges over railroads, but many counties also emulated the DOT's style back then.
