New Jersey Roads - Hunterdon CR 604

So if I obey the sign, I run off the road and hit a tree. An arrow to the right means the sign should be on the left. Congratulations, Ringoes. This is on Toad Lane WB before CR 604 starts.

CR 604 is well underway by the time I get to this barn.

The real prize on the page, first seen EB. The last covered bridge in New Jersey, the Green Sergeant's Bridge in Sergeantsville, crosses Wickechoeke Creek, and carries one lane of CR 604 WB. Obviously, for many years, both directions of horse and then early vehicular traffic had to use the now-rebuilt wooden bridge before the EB side got its faux-old concrete structure.

Of course I'll take you on a drive across.
