México Roads - Federal Hwy. 129

Federal Highway 129

Just north of its start in Amozoc de Mota, Hwy. 129 crosses the railroad with a sign that must be town-erected, but then again, I've never seen a standard that México couldn't violate.

Anyone want to help with sign design? Anyone? How about a different color for "Cuota," not that the "D" in the shield isn't a clue? Directions aren't generally signed, but all of these destinations are to the east.

This sign is mostly correct, insofar as that while it's visible to Hwy. 129 traffic, it's really meant for traffic that just came off of Hwy. 150D WB. Instead of a left turn, that traffic is supposed to use a jughandle (by the ALTO sign) to U-turn more gracefully. Except the bottom arrow points left instead of right. Again, never seen a standard...
