IL 40 SB ends by following a trumpet connector to I-74. I don't think it's so abrupt as to warrant a hard right arrow. The whole sign is very poorly arranged and I blame whatever was in the lower right corner.


The I-74 Murray Baker Bridge (1958) is just north of IL 40.


The IL 8-116 Cedar St. Bridge (1933) is just south of IL 40.
