Wisconsin - Manitowoc

Manitowoc

Entering town on Calumet Avenue, the oddly named Penquin has been replaced by a regular Hardee's (not a Harbee's or Harqee's). No carhops anymore. Or penguins, which is the saddest part.

A couple of buildings just west of downtown along Washington Street (US Route 151).

Photos to the north of Washington Street, at 9th Street and then up 8th Street (US Route 10 West).

The star of the city is the 1906 Manitowoc County Courthouse, nestled between 8th and 9th Streets south of Washington Street.
