Spot the most interesting business in Vito Plaza, on the west side of Utica. Sadly, it went (pork) belly up since 2012, but I believe a different Phở Shizzle opened up elsewhere to maintain the love.


Switching sides, this is just east of the city along old NY Route 5S.
