Pope Ave. NB, which turns into US 278 WB on Hilton Head Island. Straight ahead, following the nonstandard overheads, is the new toll road, while the original US 278 is now the Business route. That goes to the right on the main street, named for the British sea captain who first landed by the island, and follows the NJDOT shield.
