RI 78, the Westerly Bypass, NB. It's a Super-2 freeway with a median barrier, which usually is not provided so that in case of emergency drivers can avoid problems on their side. Much of the barrier appears to be the temporary construction type (i.e. removable) and not permanently fixed in the ground, but it has been there long enough to be assumed permanent. So have these signs.
