Oklahoma Non-Roads

A view of Cavanal Mountain from the Cavanal Scenic Expressway around Poteau. There's no reason why this couldn't be US 59 or even both 59 and US 271, but instead it's unnumbered before running into the beginning of OK 112. (So, at the least, couldn't this be OK 112?)
