CR 614, former US 22 and original NJ 28, WB at the beginning of CR 641. It's really Burnt Mills Rd., not Burnt Mill Rd., but then you'd run into the problem that at the other end, CR 620 is also Burnt Mills Rd., and you're signing a detour for a different road that looks like the same road. Normally, counties have plans in place to prevent two roads with the same name from intersecting, such as, oh, renaming one of them when it gets close. Nope, not in this case.
