NC 540 construction photos


New NB and SB signage in 2012. Or maybe EB and WB, I really don't know what the changeover point is (why isn't it I-40?). I get the whole "Toll/To I-40/To another route" pattern, but saying NC 147 goes to NC 147 is excessive.
