One of these bridges was once US 40. The one on the left looks suspiciously narrow considering the right side is four lanes, especially with those solid lane delineators, so I'd pick that as once being a smashing two lane road with shoulders. This is the Daniel Boone Bridge on I-64, looking from St. Charles to St. Louis County (thanks to John Brocato for pointing this out).
