NB entering the state (it was EB in New York) in 1970, courtesy Michael Summa. Connecticut used that italic font on its Turnpike signs for KEEP/NEXT RIGHT/LEFT messages. This sign was white on blue and Michael says it dates to the 1950's.


This is really it for CT 35. This is the end at US 7, with one of the last State Traffic Commission-erected signs (older signs spelled it out) before the name became ConnDOT.
