Courtesy Michael Summa, in 1976. I-110 didn't come into being until 1978, and wasn't signed until 1984, so now you see what the Harbor Freeway was until that time. In the interim, the northern half of CA 11 was renumbered to CA 110 in 1981 to match I-110's number to the south.

Looking south at the I-110 interchange with I-105 as I land at LAX. It is one of the only five-level interchanges anywhere in the world, thanks to the SB HOV lane ramp to I-105 EB.
