Arkansas Roads - AR 161

SB at I-40 Exit 157.

Trammel Rd. EB, which then comes to the shield atop the page. Trammel Rd. comes under the railroad on an S-curve that is part of the original US 67W. At AR 161, to the right (south) is old US 67E, and obviously they came together to the left as plain US 67. US 67W and 67E followed each other very closely through Little Rock before meeting again, which is why the split route didn't last very long. 67 is now on a freeway in this area with US 167.

Just before the railroad overpass, the sort of Americana you can only find on old US highways. They don't make gas stations like they used to.
